JUDGMENT

This First Appeal is filed to set aside the Decree passed in LAOP.No.407 of 2003 dated 31.03.2011 on the file of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Additional District Court, FTC-I, Poonamalee. 2.The learned Additional Government Pleader for the appellant has submitted that the issue involved in this appeal is squarely covered by the Judgment of this Court, dated 19.03.2018, made in a batch of First Appeals in A.S.Nos.17 to 26 of 2010.

3. In the result, following the said Judgment of this Court dated 19.03.2018 made in a batch of First Appeals in A.S.Nos.17 to 26 of 2010, a) The First Appeal is partly allowed. No costs. b) The land value is uniformly fixed at Rs.15,405/- per cent and c) The claimants are entitled to all other statutory benefits.
