2. We have heard the learned counsel for the Applicant and also gone through the judgment under review.

3. We see no error apparent on the face of record in the judgment, dated 22.02.2019, passed by this Court in T.C.A.No.1333 of 2005. At the same time, no case also is made out by the Applicant to review the said judgment.

4. Therefore, this Review Application is dismissed. No costs.
