(in both Appeals) COMMON JUDGMENT By consent of the parties, both the appeals are taken up for final hearing.

2.These appeals are preferred by the Special Tahsildar, Land Acquisition challenging the awards passed in LAOP https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Nos.683/2004 and 384/2005. These two LAOPs form part of a batch of 36 cases relating to Acquisition of Land for SIPCOT Unit VII, Sriperambudur. All these cases were disposed of by the trial Court by a common award dated 10.04.2006. Against the other LAOPs, A.S.No.735 to 747/2008 and A.S.Nos.1097 to 1112/2007 were filed before this Court and a Division Bench of this Court, by a judgment dated 25.03.2010, dismissed the appeals confirming the awards passed by the Sub Court, Tiruvallur.

3.Learned counsel appearing for the land owners/claimants has also produced the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court dated 25.03.2010, wherein, the Supreme Court has dismissed the special leave petitions with certain directions. 4.In the light of the above, both these appeals are dismissed, confirming the award passed by the trial Court. No order as to costs in these appeals. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 5.Learned Additional Government Pleader and the learned counsel for the 2nd respondent will be entitled for separate fee in these appeals.
