Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct all the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 16.12.2017, within the time frame as fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 16.12.2017.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that in the cause title, the respondents are not properly described and this Writ Petition has been filed, based on the representations given to the Hon'ble Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu and Hon'ble Speaker of the Legislative Assembly, Chennai.

4. It is further submitted that if a proper representation is given to the concerned authority, it would be considered.

5. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is ready to give fresh representation to the Executive Engineer, TWAD Board, Avinashi, Tiruppur and also to the Executive Officer, Thirumurugan Poondi, Town Panchayat in Tiruppur District.

6. In the light of the above submissions of both the counsels, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the petitioner to give fresh representation to the above said authorities. On such compliance, the authorities are directed to consider the same on merits and and in accordance with law, after providing an opportunity of hearing to the necessary parties.

7. With the above observation and direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
