O R D E R

(Order of the Court made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the first respondent. 2.This petition has been filed by the petitioner/father of the detenue Kausalya, daughter of Baskaran, aged about 17 years, to cause production of his daughter, before this Court and to set her at liberty.

2.The alleged detenue is secured and produced before this Court by the first respondent police. The parents of the detenue, viz., the petitioner/father and mother is also present before us. 3.On enquiry, the detenue told us that she is coming from her parental home and that there is no illegal detention by anybody and that she expressed her willingness to go along with her mother, who is present before us.

4.Recording the submission made by the alleged detenue that there is no illegal detention by anybody, this petition is closed as nothing further remains to be considered in this petition.
