ORDER

The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 27.09.2025, for the alleged offences punishable under Section 296(b), 115(2), 118(1), 351(3) of BNS Act, 2023 @ 296(b), 115(2), 118(1), 351(3) of BNS Act, 2023 r/w. Section 25(1)(a) of Arms Act, 1959, in Crime No.585 of 2025 on the

file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. This is 2nd bail petition. Earlier bail petition of the petitioner was dismissed on 26.11.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.32408 of 2025 on the following reasons: "6.

I have also gone through the FIR and other connected records which reveals that the petitioner has actively participated in this case and he is having 11 previous cases including two murder cases and four cases under section 379 of BNS Act, and he is a history sheeter and one case is POCSO and other offences, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner."

3. Considering that there is no change in circumstances and I am not inclined to reconsider the earlier order. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
