Despite service of notice, the respondent husband has not chosen to appear in person or through his counsel and name of the respondent is also printed in the cause list, listing out the cases to be heard today.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and I have also gone through the affidavit filed in support of the request for transfer.

3. The petitioner is facing proceedings initiated by the respondent 1/4

husband in HMOP.No.67 of 2024, Principal Subordinate Court, Mayildathurai. The petitioner expresses her serious & genuine inconvenience to travel long distance to attend the proceedings. Hence, seeks for transfer to Sub court, Ulundurpet. The transfer being sought for only to the Sub Court, Ulundurpet, the presence of the respondent/husband would also not be necessary for all hearings.

4. Considering the above, I am inclined to accept the request for transfer. Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. The case in HMOP.No.67 of 2024 is hereby withdrawn from the file of the Principal Subordinate Court, Mayiladuthurai, and transferred to the file of the Sub-Court, Ulundurpet. No costs. Connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
