ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents herein from forbearing the respondents from giving employment to 4th respondent who is claiming employment on the death of petitioner's daughter Abirami who served as Village Administrative Officer in Manavallanpatti Village, Thiruvarur Distsrict, pursuant to the petitioner's representation dated 31.03.2012 given to the respondents herein.
2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that already an application submitted by the fourth respondent for compassionate ground was rejected on 05.10.2012 vide R.C.No.8398/2011/A3 on the ground that he got married with another person on the death of his first wife.
3. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs. 2/4
