Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st Respondent to conduct a thorough enquiry and pass appropriate Orders on my Protest Petition dated 24.12.2020 (which he received under Acknowledgment in j/k/ No.49/2020) as contemplated under Rule 55 of the Registration Rules, before admitting for registration of sale deeds in pursuant to the three registered sale agreements viz., (i) Sale Agreement dated 05.09.2020, registered as Doc.No.4316 of 2020, executed in favour of Praveen Kumar, S/o Narayan Lal, (ii) Sale Agreement dated 05.09.2020, registered as Doc.No.4317 of 2020, executed in favour of Ganesh Ram, S/o Nandha Ram, and (iii) Sale Agreement dated 05.09.2020, registered as Doc.No.4318 of 2020, executed in favour of Shanti, W/o Mangi Lal or any other document(s) purportedly to have been executed by the petitioner's wife S.Thenmozhi for presentation before the 1st Respondent for registration.

ORDER

The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition for a direction to the first respondent/Sub Registrar to consider his Protest Petition dated 24.12.2020.

2.T.M.Pappiah, learned Special Government Pleader entered appearance for the first respondent and submitted on instructions that an enquiry is scheduled to take place at 3.00 p.m. on 02.02.2021 at the office of the first respondent. 3.The said statement of the learned Special Government Pleader is recorded.

4.In view of the above, no further direction is required to be given except that the first respondent is directed to issue notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, provide them a fair and effective hearing and to dispose of the matter through a speaking order within a period of eight(8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
