ORDER
This Contempt Petition is filed seeking to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the order 14.03.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.18126 of 2009.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the Respondent/Contemnor submitted that, as against the order of this Court dated 14.03.2024, the respondent/contemnor preferred a Writ appeal and obtained an order of interim stay in C.M.P.No.6968 of 2025 in W.A.(Sr).No.805 of 2025.
3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, this Court is of the view that there is no wilful disobedience on the part of the respondent/Contemnor. Hence, this Contempt Petition stands closed. 04-04-2025 RAP Index:Yes/No Internet:Yes
