This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to file the final report in Crime No.731 of 2025, pending on the file of the first respondent Police.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent Police submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and the final report has also been filed through e-filing in LTN202200024040202600008, before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kallakurichi, on 10.01.2026, deleting the provisions under the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.
