Respondent ABDUL QUDDHOSE.J., The petitioner has complied with the conditional order passed by this Court on 27.02.2025 by depositing with the Registry a demand draft favouring the Registrar (General) of this Court for a sum of Rs.15,00,000/- dated 11.03.2025. The same has also been acknowledged by the Registry as seen from the acknowledgment dated 13.03.2025. Since the petitioner has complied with the conditional order dated 27.02.2025, the interim stay granted by this Court is made absolute and the main O.P. will be taken up for final disposal.
