(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 14.12.2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(B) of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

in both Crime Nos.450 & 451 of 2019, seeks bail.

2. However, today, when the matters were taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that pending bail application, the petitioner was detained in another criminal case on 12.01.2021. Hence, this petition may be dismissed.

3.
