Mr.P.Srinivas, Counsel For Respondent Order (1) When the matter was taken up for hearing on 06.03.2026, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought time to get instructions regarding payment for Item No.1 was concerned, since the respondent, by notice dated 05.01.2026, stated that the entire amount as far as Item No.1 in the Schedule of Works, was settled and as far as Items No.2 and 3 are

concerned, the same were rejected. The learned counsel, today submitted that he may be given liberty to challenge the Notice of the respondent dated 05.01.2026, in a manner known to law.

(2) In view of the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this contempt petition is closed, recording the compliance of the order by the respondent, by issuing Notice dated 05.01.2026. However, the petitioner is granted liberty to challenge the aforesaid Notice in a manner known to law.
