2. Learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent has not filed his counter in spite of several adjournments, viz., 21.03.2022, 04.04.2022, 18.04.2022 and 12.07.2022.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he has explained the reasons for the delay in Paragraph Nos. 4 and 5 of the affidavit filed in support of the above petition.

4. We are satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the above petition. Hence, the delay is condoned.

The petition is ordered.
