O R D E R
The prayer sought for herein is for a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to transfer the patta in favour of the petitioners for the lands in Survey Number 94/2, 188/1, 192/2, 196/2A/3, 37/1A, 37/1B, 171/4A2, 171/4B situated at Keelur Village, Thiruporur Taluk, Chengalpattu District.

In order to get patta for Survey Nos. 94/2, 188/1, 192/2, 196/2A/3, 37/1A, 37/1B, 171/4A2, 171/4B situated at Keelur Village, Thiruporur Taluk, Chengalpattu District, the petitioner had given a written representation on 19.04.2019 to the respondent Tahsildar and the same since has not been considered, the petitioner has approached this Court by filing present writ petition.
3. Heard Ms.V.Pavithra, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
4. Learned Government Pleader would submit that if the petitioner makes an on-line application to the 3rd respondent, on receipt of the same, the application would be considered and decided on merits and in accordance with law within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court. 2 / 4

Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for and in view of the stand taken by the learned Special Government Pleader, this Court is inclined to dispose of this writ petition with the following order. "That it is open to the petitioner to make an online application to the 3rd respondent seeking patta for the lands in question at an earliest point of time. On receipt of the same, the 3rd respondent shall consider the same and pass necessary orders thereon on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of such application."
6. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of.
