Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records on the file of the 2nd respondent in Proc.a.No.86/2018 dated 31.05.2018 insofar as it relates to the denial of the service benefits to the petitioner and quash the proceedings therein as illegal, unconstitutional, incompetent and without jurisdiction and further direct the respondents to pay the service benefits to the petitioner with interest at 12 per cent annum.
