This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 40 days in filing the above appeal.

2. Mr.M.Murali Vinodh, learned counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent would submit that he has no objection in allowing this petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to allow this petition.

4. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the delay of 40 days in filing the appeals is condonned.

5. The Registry is directed to print the name of Mr.M.Murali Vinodh, learned counsel for the 3rd respondent, while listing the appeal.
