The petition is filed against the order dated 20.12.2024 in IA.No.2 of 2024 in OS.No.455 of 2024 on the file of the Sub Court,

2. The petition arises against the order passed in the application filed under Order XXXVIII Rule 5 CPC.

3. The petitioner would submit that he is ready to furnish security to the tune of suit claim and the same would be produced within a period of 2 weeks.

4. Therefore, the petition is disposed of with a direction that the petitioner shall furnish security to the satisfaction of the Court below and only upon the security been furnished the amounts deposited by the garnishee shall be released. It is needless to state that in default the civil revision petition would automatically stands dismissed.

5. With the above observation, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
