This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 01.09.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.13613 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.18111 of 2023 that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
