This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for disobeying the order dated 18.03.2019 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.7100 of 2019, thereby directing the respondent to execute the non-bailable warrant (conviction warrant) issued in S.T.C.No.219 of 2019 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Cont.P.No.340 of 2020 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. 2.

Today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that now the respondent complied with the order dated 18.03.2019 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.7100 of 2019. 3.

Recording the said submission, the contempt petition is closed. No costs.
