For petitioner ... Mr.N.Premkumar in both C.R.Ps COMMON ORDER The above Civil Revision Petitions are filed seeking a direction to the learned XIII Small Causes Judge, Chennai to dispose of the main R.L.T.O.P.Nos.527 and 378 of 2021 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for petitioner would submit that the last entry directing the parties to mediation which has been passed by the learned XIII Judge, Small Causes Court, Chennai on 06.02.2025 is one without his consent. He would also submit that he had immediately filed a Memo submitting his objections on the very same day. 2/2

3. Considering the above and taking note of the fact that P.W.1 had been examined as early as on 30.08.2023, a direction is issued to the learned XIII Judge, Small Causes Court, Chennai to dispose of R.L.T.O.P.Nos.527 and 378 of 2021 within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this civil revision petitions are allowed. No costs.
