Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records of the respondent dated 17.12.2021 in A.No.01 of 2021 and D.No.868/2021 dated 17.12.2021 under Rule 17(e) of Tamil Nadu Civil Services (Discipline and Appeal) Rules Subordinate Court, Omalur at Salem and quash the same.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Mr.Karthik Ranganathan, learned Standing Counsel accepts notice for the respondents.
2. We have heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.
3. The writ petition has been filed challenging the order https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
of suspension dated 17.12.2021 on the ground that a period of three months is going to pass after the order of suspension and that the same needs to be revoked.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has admitted that the charge sheet has already been served on the petitioner.
5. In the light of the judgment of the Full Bench of this Court in the case of P.Kannan Vs. The Commissioner for Municipal Administration, Municipal Administration Commission, Ezhilagam, Annexure 6th Floor, Chepauk, Chennai-5 and others [W.P.No.2165 of 2015 decided on 15.3.2022], no ground is made out to cause interference with the order of suspension. The period of three months has not been provided under the Tamil Nadu Civil Services (Discipline and Appeal) Rules to revoke the order of suspension.
6. Finding no reasons to cause interference with the impugned order, the writ petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected WMPs are also dismissed. There will be no order as to costs.
