ORDER

This matter arises out of the offence under Section 138 of N.I. Act. The accused therein has been found guilty concurrently by both the Courts below and today a joint memo of compromise has been filed.

2. The complainant/respondent in revision petition too has filed a petition in Crl.M.P.No.1848 of 2022 praying to record the compromise arrived between the parties and to compound the offence and also to set aside the impugned judgement in Crl.A.No..06 of 2020 dated 17.12.2021.

3. Heard the revision petitioner/accused and respondent/complainant as well as their respective counsels. The joint memo of compromise filed by the complainant is taken on file and Crl.M.P.No.1848 of 2022 is allowed.

4. Both the revision petitioner / accused and the respondent /complainant who were present before the Court, admitted their settlement. Their statement is recorded. The https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
