W.P.No.7009 of 2018 W.P.No.7009 of 2018 V.BHARATHIDASAN.J., This matter relates to removal of hereditary trustees of the 4th respondent temple. On the earlier occasions, this matter were listed before Hon'ble Mr.Justice S.M.Subramaniam and the Hon'ble Judge has passed various orders directing the temple authorities to identify the temple properties and also to take steps to evict the encroachers and a direction has also been given to the authorities to report compliance. In the above circumstances, I am of the view that it would be desirable to list the matter before the very same Hon'ble Judge, who dealt with the matter earlier, for further hearing. The Registry is, therefore, directed to list this matter before the Hon'ble Mr.Justice S.M.Subramaniam for further hearing after getting appropriate orders from My Lord the Hon'ble Chief Justice. 13..11..2019 kmk http://www.judis.nic.in
