Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent herein to dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 23.11.2024, for issuance of separate patta.

O R D E R

The petitioner seeks a Mandamus from this Court for earlier disposal of his appeal filed on 23.11.2024. The said appeal has been filed challenging the order of the second respondent dated 13.06.2024 rejecting the petitioner's request for issuance of patta application dated 13.09.2024 without assigning any reason.

2. The appeal has been filed on 23.11.2024 and the same has not yet been taken up for enquiry. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. Considering the limited request put forward by the petitioner and taking note of the fact that although the application has been filed on 23.11.2024, no notice of enquiry or an acknowledgment of the representation has been received from the first respondent, there shall be a mandamus directing the first respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner on 23.11.2024 within a period of five (5) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
