ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner/defacto complainant to direct the third respondent police to file final report relating to FIR No.260 of 2024 dated 26.04.2024 registered against the accused persons for the offence under Sections 420 and 506(1) IPC, within the time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. The third respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
