2.This petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the impugned FIR in Crime No.108 of 2010 on the file of the 1st respondent police and quash the same.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that this petition has already been withdrawn by the petitioner on 28.09.2016 and submitted a copy of the order before this Court.

4.Recording the submissions made by the learned APP, no further order is required in this petition. Accordingly, this petition stands closed.
