ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to issue a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.47 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police station and file charge sheet before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhachalam, Cuddalore District.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that already the investigation was completed and the charge sheet was also filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhachalam, and the same has been taken on file in S.T.C. No.507 of 2024.
