As the petitioner's representation dated 10.10.2024 through on-line for issue of a patta in respect of the property situated at No.75, Vendivakkam Village, Ayan Punja Old S.No.75/1A as per Patta No.141, New Punja S.No.75/1A1A to an extent of 1.46.11(Acres) or 0.83 1/2 cents in 3.61 Acre has not been considered, the petitioner is before this Court.

2. Heard the counsels on either side.

Considering the limited request made by the petitioner, this Writ Petition is allowed and a Mandamus is issued to the respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 10.10.2024, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
