PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to call for the records of the case in S.T.C.No.3917 of 2010, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Chidambaram and set aside the order dated 07.09.2011, made in S.T.C.No.3917 of 2010 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Chidambaram as not in accordance in law.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records of the case in S.T.C.No.3917 of 2010, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Chidambaram and set aside the order dated 07.09.2011, made in S.T.C.No.3917 of 2010 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Chidambaram as not in accordance in law.

2.It is represented that the entire amount due, as per the compromise entered on 25.02.2011 to be paid on or before 31.05.2011, which has not been paid by the respondent. 3.Both sides present. Today, i.e., on 02.11.2018, the balance payment of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand only) had been paid by the respondent.

4.The learned counsel for the respondent submits that, since it is more than seven years from the date of passing of the award and understanding, a reasonable amount has to be paid https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

towards the expenses. The petitioner agrees the same and undertakes to pay a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) in two installments, within a period of two months, i.e., Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) during the first week of December 2018 and balance payment of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) by the first week of January 2019. 5.Recording the same, this Criminal Original petition is closed.
