Seeking a direction to the respondent to register FIR based on the petitioner's complaint dated 28.03.2015 and take action in accordance with law, the petitioner has come up with this petition. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the material placed on record.
3.It is seen that the petitioners have sent a complaint by post to the Assistant Commissioner of Police and has marked a copy of the same to the concerned Police Station. It is also seen that two petitioners have given a common complaint to the respondents. Hence, this petition is closed, with a direction to the petitioners to lodge a separate complaint to the 2nd respondent police in person and on such complaint being given, the 2nd respondent shall enquire into it in accordance with law, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh & Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
