Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records on the file of the 2nd respondent in connection with the order passed by him in his Proceedings Letter No. 41068/B4/2008 dated 01.06.2011 and quash the same and direct the respondents to promote the petitioner to the post of Lecturer with effect from 19.11.2004 as provided to all other candidates by G.O.Ms.No.534, Higher Education (C2) Department dated 19.11.2004 with

all monetary and service benefits.

It is reported by M/s. M.Srividhya, learned counsel for the petitioner that the relief sought in this Writ Petition has become infructuous, in view of the fact that the petitioner has already filed another Writ Petition in W.P. No. 18976 of 2019.

2. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous, leaving it open to the petitioner to pursue the Writ Petition in W.P. No. 18976 of 2019. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
