ORDER

It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that in C.C.No.43 of 2013, trial has commenced and P.Ws.1 to 3 have already been examined.

2. On 06.12.2019, when the matter was taken up for consideration, none appeared on behalf of the petitioners. Hence, the Crl.O.P., was directed to be listed today under the caption 'for dismissal'.

3. Even today, i.e. 09.12.2019, when the matter is taken up, neither the petitioners are present nor there is any representation on behalf of the petitioners. The Calendar case and Crl.O.P., are of the year 2013. However, the petitioners have not come forward to prosecute the matter. Therefore, this Crl.O.P., is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, connected MP.No.1 of 2013 is closed.
