ORDER

This petition has been filed to exempt the petitioner from surrendering in respect of the judgment of conviction passed in C.C.No.107 of 2019 dated 31.10.2023 on the file of the learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Uthukuli, confirmed in Crl.A.No.293 of 2023 dated 19.09.2025 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for Trial Cases under SC/ST (PoA) Act, Tiruppur and enlarge the petitioner on bail, pending disposal of the Revision Petition.

2. As no sufficient ground has been made out for exempting the petitioner from surrendering, this petition stands dismissed.

3. Registry is directed to post Crl.R.C.No.379 of 2026 and Crl.M.P.No.2898 of 2026 on 25.02.2026.
