O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to issue direction to the Judicial Magistrate, Rasipuram, to dispose the private complaint C.M.P.No.8200 of 2015, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Rasipuram, Namakkal District, within four weeks or within a time fixed by this Court. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner lodged a compliant before the Judicial Magistrate Rasipuram, Namakkal District in CMP.No.8200 of 2015. Time and again, the case was adjourned without passing any orders. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition came to be filed by th petitioner to pass appropriate orders within the stipulated time to be fixed by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that necessary orders will be passed within a short span of time.

Heard Mr.B. Vasudevan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.L.S.Danabal, learned counsel appearing for the second respondent.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, this Court directs the Judicial Magistrate Rasipuram, Namakkal District, to pass appropriate orders in C.M.P.No.8200 of 2015 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of the receipt of a copy of this order. 6.

Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
