Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-Police, on instructions, submitted that investigation in Crime No.49 of 2021 is over and final report was filed through e-filing on 22.01.2025 vide e-filing No.LTN-20220001987/C2500028 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Virudhachalam.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
