O R D E R

(Order of the Court made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner/father of the detenue, Banupriya, aged about 19 years, D/o.R.Palraj, to cause production of his daughter, before this Court and to set her at liberty.

2.The alleged detenue is secured and produced before this Court by the respondent police. The petitioner/father of the detenue is also before us.

3.On enquiry, the detenue told us that she is a major, aged about 19 years and she has got married to one Samivel. She further submitted that there is no illegal detention by anybody and that she expressed her willingness to go along with her father/the petitioner herein.

4.Recording the submission made by the alleged detenue that there is no illegal detention by anybody, the detenue is permitted to go along with her father/the petitioner herein. Accordingly, this petition is closed as nothing further remains to be considered.
