This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 17.07.2023 in Crl.M.p.No.9418 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.11984 of 203 that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on first day of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
