This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent 'not to harass' the petitioner based on the false complaint lodged by Mr.Saravanan and Mr.Felix representative of J.K.T.S. Enterprises the de facto complainant under the guise of enquiry.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by one Felix Meshak, petition enquiry was conducted in CSR.No.55/2018 and the same was closed on 20.06.2018.
