(Judgment of the Court was delivered by S.S.SUNDAR, J) Despite several adjournments being given, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant is not ready on various occasions. On the last occasion also the matter was adjourned on the representation that the parties are negotiating for settlement. This Court therefore posted the appeal today under the caption "for reporting settlement".

2. Today, the learned counsel for the appellant reported that there is no settlement and once again submitted that he is not ready with the case. Hence, the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. (S.S.S.R.J.) (A.A.N.J.) 21.12.2022 Speaking Order : Yes / No Index : Yes / No pvs 2 / 4
