ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) The writ petition has been filed to seek a direction for consideration of a representation dated 27.1.2021 submitted by the petitioner as despite a request to make correction in regard to the date of regularization as per the service record with effect from 1.3.2013, instead of 28.8.2014 as noted in Column 16 of the combined seniority list, the same has not been done.

2. According to the petitioner, she was appointed on 1.3.2013 through the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission, but the fourth respondent, in the combined seniority list, has erroneously stated the date of regularization as 28.8.2014, instead of 1.3.2013. As the representation made by the petitioner in such regard was not considered, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, we dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the fourth respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.1.2021 and to take a decision on it within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and thereupon communicate the result of the same to the petitioner. No costs.
