The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that during the pendancy of this criminal original petition, the respondent/ complainant died and the learned counsel also produced a copy of the Death Certificate. 2.In view of the above, this criminal original petition is closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to produce the copy of the Death Certificate before the Trial Court i.e., Judicial Magistrate Court, Mettupalayam, so as to enable the Trial Court to pass orders. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions, if any, are closed.
