This writ petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the respondent vide Proceedings No.A.2/28002/2018 dated 16.10.2018 and rejection order of the respondent vide proceedings No.A2/ 30125/2019 dated 29.10.2019 and to quash the same. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that nothing survives in this writ petition and the same has become infructuous. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is closed. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
