O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in FIR No.2 of 2019 pending on the file of the third respondent to the file of the second respondent and to consequently direct that a charge sheet be filed thereon.

2. Heard Mr.Govind Chandrasekhar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Mohamed Riyaz, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents has submitted that the investigation is almost completed and so far, they have examined some persons and about to file a final report.

4. Under this circumstance, the change of investigation would affect the entire investigation in Crime No.2 of 2019. However, the third respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
