Hence, the case was adjourned to on 10.01.2022. Again, when the matter was taken up for hearing on 10.01.2022, there was no representation for the petitioner and the Registry was directed to list the case on 11.01.2022 under the caption "For Dismissal". Accordingly, the case is listed today i.e. 11.01.2002 under the caption "For Dismissal". Even today, when the case is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for petitioner. Therefore, this Court is of the view that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the case and hence, this Court has no other option, except to dismiss the petition for non-prosecution.
