This petition is filed to condone the delay of 695 days in filing the above appeal.

2.Mr.K.J.Sivakumar, learned counsel takes notice for the respondent.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 695 days is condoned and the petition is ordered. It is also made clear that the petitioner is not entitled for any interest for the delay period.
