Crl.A.No.128 of 2022 SHAMIM AHMED, J.

1. The learned counsel for the Appellant prays to grant some more time to comply with the order dated 13.12.2024, directing to file the translated copies of the judgement of the Trial Court and other connected documents before the final arguments took place.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the Respondent has no objection to the above said prayer made by the learned counsel for the Appellant.

3. Accordingly, as prayed for by the learned counsel for the Appellant, a further period of three weeks is granted to file the translated copies of the judgement of the Trial Court and the other connected documents. It is made clear that no further time will be granted in future.

4. Put up this case "For Final Hearing" on 04.03.2025 before the appropriate Bench.
