This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 203 days in filing the above appeal.

2. Mr.J.Micheal Visuvasam, learned counsel takes notice on behalf of the 3rd respondent and submit that he has no objection in allowing this petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the petitioner and for the interest of justice, this Court is inclined to allow this petition.

4. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the delay of 203 days in filing the appeals is condonned subject to the waiver of interest on the enhanced compensation for the delayed period.

5. The Registry is directed to print the name of Mr.J.Micheal Visuvasam, learned counsel for the 3rd respondent while listing the above appeal.
