Common Prayer: Writ petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying this Court to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents 1 to 4 to appoint the Petitioner to the post of Computer Instructor under SC and SCW (Scheduled Caste-Women)Category respectively, in anyone of the vacancies at Tiruvallur District based on seniority / ranking in the selection conducted by the 1st Respondent Teachers Recruitment Board following the Rule of Reservation by considering the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 6.4.15.

For R1 : Mr.S.Sureshkumar, G.A for RR2 to 4 COMMON ORDER As the relief sought for in both these petitions are similar in nature, they are disposed of by this common order. 2.When the matter is taken up today for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that during the pendency of the writ petition as well as based on the interim order passed in WP.No.10353 & 10354 of 2015, dated 09.04.2015, the petitioners were appointed in Madurai District and subsequently transferred to their own district, namely Tiruvallur. Hence nothing survives for further adjudication in these petitions. Accordingly, he prays that these petitions may be closed.
